A Tenant SuperAdmin can download a ZIP of this church’s records at any time from Control Panel → Data — not only if you cancel. The ZIP includes people, guests, families, groups (with join/leave dates), events and RSVPs, the giving ledger, background-check status, child check-in, public intake staging, staff emails/roles (never passwords), saved report templates, and recent audit logs.
Card gifts also live on your church’s Stripe Connect account. Jirehexis is not the merchant of record for congregant donations. Platform subscription billing is Paddle (Merchant of Record), separate from Stripe Connect gifts.
We will give churches at least 90 days’ written notice before shutting the product down, except where law or a genuine security emergency requires a faster step. During that window, export stays available. After shutdown we will keep encrypted backups for a limited period so a church that missed the window can still request a copy, then we will delete tenant data we no longer need to keep.
If the founder is incapacitated or the company is sold, the commitment is the same: churches keep a path to their data. We do not hold your people records hostage.
This page is a product promise for the private beta, not a lawyer-stamped escrow contract. Formal ToS / DPA still sit in the legal pack before the first paid church. The public status page is the live health view.
